Working in partnership with Northern Lights Learning Trust, Vision for Education are looking to recruit qualified TA's to work across a number of primary schools in the Darlington area.
This is an excellent opportunity for TA's who are flexible, committed, and passionate about supporting young learners across a variety of school settings. You will have the chance to work within supportive school environments, delivering engaging lessons and making a real difference to pupils’ development.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 or above TA qualification
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for education and supporting young people
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
