About the Role
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout Essex. This role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle, whether you are looking for daily supply, short-term cover, or longer-term placements.

As a supply teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils
• Mark work and provide feedback where required
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude
• A passion for teaching and supporting children’s development
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
