Primary Teacher (Permanent)

Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Vision for Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Colchester to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher for a permanent role starting September 2026.

This role is suitable for Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and making a positive difference to pupils’ learning and wellbeing.

About the Role:

• Full-time, permanent teaching position within a supportive primary school

• Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports behaviour and learning

• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs, including SEND

• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
