Vision for Education are offering a supported pathway into SEND education for people who are passionate about working with children and young people. This role is based within a specialist school setting in Trowbridge, with full training provided and paid experience gained through agency work.
About the role
• Learning Support Assistant role working as part of a supply team
• Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
• Working within a structured specialist school environment
• Providing one to one support small group work and classroom assistance
• Supporting emotional regulation communication and engagement
• Term time work with a mix of short term and longer bookings
Training and support
• No previous school experience required
• Fully funded pre placement training provided
• Ongoing CPD and guidance while in role
• Paid school placements arranged following interview and checks
