The Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our fantastic partner school in Horsham. You’ll be working closely with SEN children who have speech, language and/or communication needs, providing 1:1 support as well as small group assistance.

Your role will be varied-whether it’s supporting in the classroom, creating a calm environment in quieter areas of the school, or helping children engage with daily routines. Most importantly, you’ll be empowering pupils to access their learning, build confidence, and feel included in school life.

Requirements:

The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have;

  • UK driving License and access to own car - essential
  • Level 3 TA Qualification (Desirable but not essential)
  • Previous paid experience in child based work
  • Experience working with children who have SEN
  • Have, or pay for an Enhanced DBS check and register on the Update Service
  • Be available to work during school times
  • Experience working in UK Schools (Desirable but not essential)
