The School and Role

A welcoming primary school in Cramlington is seeking a full-time Year 4 Teaching Assistant to provide general classroom support and some 1:1 support. The role involves working alongside the class teacher, supporting small groups and individual pupils, and promoting a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and have strong communication skills, with experience supporting Key Stage 2 pupils.

Requirements:

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

• Experience of working within KS2.
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
• A passion for the progress of pupils.
• An ability to work as part of a team.
