About the role

£135 - £160 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

We are looking for dedicated Primary educators to become Guaranteed Work Scheme Supply Teachers, to work across a range of schools in Peterborough and surrounding villages. The Guaranteed Pay Scheme (GPS) is a great way to work on supply with some financial security. We can guarantee you work each week in exchange for your full availability. We have strong relationships with a variety of schools in your area, meaning there will be a place for everyone.

About the role

The role will commence from April 2026 and qualified teacher status (QTS) is essential. We welcome applications from both experienced and early career teachers (ECTs). Requirements

To be considered for the role of as a Guaranteed Work Scheme Supply Teacher, part of our team, you will:

  • Have solid knowledge and understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
  • Hold qualified teacher status in the UK (QTS)
  • Be able to provide 2 recent references to support your teaching employment
  • Have the ability to deliver inspiring and engaging lessons
  • Have a passion for providing quality education
  • Have enthusiasm, dedication and resilience to demonstrate excellent classroom practice
  • Have the ability to provide a positive learning environment and effectively manage a classroom
