Working closely with department heads and senior leaders, the successful Graduate Teaching Assistants, could fulfill a number support duties with the school. They will be responsible for providing targeted support and interventions pupils in Keystage 3 and at GCSE level. The successful applicant will play a vital role in 'narrowing the gap' in pupil attainment. This role will provide the candidate with the ideal opportunity to gain paid experience working in schools prior to teacher training. We would particurlarly welcome applications from aspiring secondary school teachers.

• Hold minimum GCSE qualifications in English & Maths, A-levels and a Degree
