About the Exam Invigilator Role

As an Exam Invigilator, you will help ensure examinations run smoothly and in line with official exam regulations. You will supervise students in the exam hall and help maintain a calm, organised environment so students can focus on completing their exams.

You will work closely with the school’s Exams Officer and teaching staff to ensure all exam procedures are followed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

As an Exam Invigilator, your responsibilities may include:

  • Supervising students during GCSE and A-Level exams

  • Ensuring exam regulations and procedures are followed at all times

  • Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials
