Are you an enthusiastic and engaging individual who has recently completed their Teacher training? Vision for Education are working in collaboration with schools in Dartford and the surrounding areas to find Newly Qualified Teachers ready for September 2025. We have opportunities for both full-time roles and day-to-day supply to build your experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on preference and suitability)
- Help create a positive and comfortable environment for the class, whilst also monitoring classroom management and assisting with behaviour support.
- Be able to adapt and adjust various activities and experiences in school for the class. This includes planning for and helping them with settling into this, so every student can fully participate.
- Be responsible for a large class within the school, showing respect and care for each student in the class whilst also showing a good level of tolerance.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to obtain QTS in Summer 2025
- A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in children's lives
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
