Vision for Education are recruiting for a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator to work in a welcoming nursery setting in the Gloucester area. This Early Years Educator role is ideal if you enjoy variety, want to build experience, or need a role that fits around your schedule.

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be working with children aged 0–5, supporting their development in a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.

What you’ll be doing as an Early Years Educator
• Supporting learning through play and planned activities
• Creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment
• Assisting with daily routines including mealtimes and outdoor play
• Building positive relationships with children, staff and parents
• Following EYFS guidance and safeguarding procedures

We’re looking for an Early Years Educator who
• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Has experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Has a good understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and SEN
• Is reliable, flexible and adapts well to new environments
• Brings a positive, proactive attitude to the role

Pay and benefits for an Early Years Educator
• £14.24 to £15.50 per hour
