We are recruiting Care to Classroom Support Workers to join a range of specialist SEND schools across Hereford. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals from care, residential or support work backgrounds to transition into education. You will support pupils with complex needs, assisting with personal care, behaviour support and engagement in learning. Schools offer full training, ongoing support and strong long-term progression opportunities.
Requirements
The desired Care to Classroom Support Worker will have;
- Experience in care, residential or support settings
- A willingness to support personal care
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive and resilient approach
- A passion for supporting children and young people with SEND
