The School and Role
Vision for Education are working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Epping Forest to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join their committed team. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work across a range of year groups and support pupils with varying needs.

The successful Teaching Assistant will work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities, as well as providing targeted support to individuals and small groups to help them achieve their full potential.

Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• A passion for supporting teaching and learning
• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• A flexible and proactive approach
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
