The School and Role
Vision for Education are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Southend-on-Sea to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to support pupils across a range of year groups.

The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to support learning in the classroom, as well as delivering small group interventions to help pupils achieve their full potential.

Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• A passion for supporting teaching and learning
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A proactive and flexible approach
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
