We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support our amazing pupils with Special Educational Needs. You’ll be:
Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups
Helping tailor learning to individual needs
Getting creative with engaging activities
Working closely with teachers, parents & external professionals
Celebrating every milestone – big or small!
No two days are the same – and that’s exactly how we like it!
What We’re Looking For
You might be perfect for this role if you:
Have experience working with children (SEN experience is a bonus!)
Understand autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, or SEMH
Are patient, nurturing and calm under pressure
Can adapt learning in creative ways
Have a good sense of humour – because laughter matters!
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA) are great, but passion and dedication are what truly count.
