About the Role

As a Primary Teacher at Include School, you will:

✨ Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with additional needs
Teach pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs and communication difficulties
Adapt the curriculum to meet EHCP targets and individual learning plans
Monitor progress and implement strategies to support academic and emotional development
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists and families
Foster independence, resilience and positive behaviour

Class sizes are small, with strong TA support, allowing you to focus on personalised teaching and meaningful progress.

‍ About You

We are looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience in primary education (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
Is patient, creative and emotionally resilient
Builds strong, trusting relationships with pupils
Is confident differentiating learning for a range of needs
Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
