About the Role

Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools throughout Essex. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work in different school environments while making a positive impact on pupils’ learning.

Whether you’re an ECT, an experienced teacher, or returning to teaching, we have opportunities to suit your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

• Ensure pupils remain engaged, safe, and supported throughout the day

• Provide feedback to class teachers and follow safeguarding procedures

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)

• Strong classroom management skills

• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Right to work in the UK
