✨ The Opportunity

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant to support a thriving primary school in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified TA to contribute to pupils’ learning and development while working as part of a supportive and welcoming school team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide classroom support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

• Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to deliver targeted interventions.

• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and pupil assessment.

• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and active engagement in learning.

• Support pupils with SEN or additional learning needs, ensuring inclusion for all.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).

• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective support strategies.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
