Your Role – SEN LSA:

As an SEN LSA, you will:

• Provide compassionate 1:1 support tailored to individual pupil needs

• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs to access learning and make progress

• Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to adapt resources and deliver targeted interventions

• Promote positive behaviour and emotional development

• Help create a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment
