Vision for Education are seeking a part-time SENDCo for the summer term in an Ofsted outstanding school based in Cambridge.

About the role

Lead the strategic development of SEND policy and provision across the school
Coordinate and monitor support for students with special educational needs
Work closely with teaching staff to ensure high-quality, differentiated teaching
‍‍‍ Liaise with parents/carers, external agencies, and local authorities
Oversee EHCP processes, annual reviews, and statutory documentation
Track progress and ensure interventions are impactful and evidence-based
Promote inclusive practice and a positive learning environment for all

Essential Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
National Award for SEN Coordination.
Proven experience supporting students with SEND
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
