Full-time KS2 Teacher - Maternity Leave Contract

Vision for Education are looking for a full-time Year 6 Teacher to take up a one year contract in a small, friendly school in Whittlesey.
About the role
The desired Year 6 Teacher will be confident with delivery and planning of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and be able to effectively communicate with the phase leader with regards to pupil progress and the topics covered. The appointed Year 6 Teacher will be responsible for planning, reports, and attending school meetings. The school are looking for an engaging and creative practitioner of any experience level. The role is set to commence in February 2026.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Year 6 Teacher you will:
- Plan, deliver and mark all work to a high standard
- Have KS2 teaching experience
- Implement the school’s behaviour policy consistently and effectively
- Have an inclusve approach to working with children and a therapeautic approach to working with children with additional needs

Salary
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Recent experience teaching within primary schools
