We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive team in Hexham. You don’t need formal qualifications or classroom experience—just a genuine desire to support pupils and a willingness to learn.

Through our National Teaching Assistant Programme, we’ll provide you with the guidance and training needed to take your first step into education.

What we’re looking for

The ideal Unqualified Teaching Assistant will demonstrate:

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• A caring nature and passion for helping children and young people.

• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability.

• The ability to support pupils with emotional and behavioural needs.

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
