You are a dedicated SEND Instructor to deliver high-quality, learner-centred lessons. You will support students’ academic progress, personal development and wellbeing through adaptive teaching, ongoing assessment and strong collaboration with colleagues and families. The role involves planning, tracking progress, and creating a safe, engaging learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.

Mary Elliot Academy supports learners with a range of additional needs including SLD, ASC, PMLD and Post-16. • Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or above
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
• Experience supporting SEND (e.g. SLD, ASC, PMLD or Post-16)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety
