Vision for Education are recruiting for an Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant in Blackpool on a full-time, long-term basis which is due to start in May 2024. Salary will be £400 - £450 per week.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team to work with our reputable specialist SEND educational client schools in Blackpool and Fylde.
As an Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced skilled teaching and support professionals and contribute to the overall development and wellbeing of students with SEND needs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting SEN students in their daily activities, including academic tasks and social integration.
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Supporting students with their emotional and behavioural needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Facilitating communication and interaction between students, teachers, and parents/guardians.
- Monitoring and recording students' progress and providing feedback to teachers and senior staff.
- Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and materials.

About Vision for Education
Salary
£400 to £450 per week
- Desirable to have prior relevant experience working with children, preferably in an educational or care setting.
