Vision for Education are looking for reliable and committed people who are looking to build a career in working in schools, as a Teaching Assistant. We are offering a set number of places for our National Teaching Assistant programme in Spring 2024.
About the role
You will receive training and support and in the final stage be offered a 5 day placement working within a school in Brighton. Once you have completed the placement we will be able to offer you either day to day, short term or long term Teaching Assistant work. This is a great opportunity for someone who has always wanted to work as a Teaching Assistant but never had the hands on experience of working within a school.

Here at Vision for Education we work with various schools and nurseries across Sussex. From small one-form entry schools to larger city-based schools, we will find the right Teaching Assistant role for you!
Requirements
- To be able to work in either Nursery, Primary, Secondary or SEND
- Have a passion for supporting and helping children
- Be willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.
- Be committed to completing the required training and participating in ongoing CPD.

Salary
£83 to £95 per day
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
