Trainee Cover Supervisors

Brighton

£85 - £130 per day (depending on qualifications and experience)

Start Date: March 2026

Vision for Education are urgently seeking committed and dedicated individuals who are interested in becoming cover supervisors. This role includes work in a range of secondary schools in Brighton and the surrounding areas and comes with the possibility of becoming a permanent staff member in one setting. Your duties will include supporting the students to engage with their education when regular staff are absent, maintaining a fun but calm classroom atmosphere and communicating with staff and students. You will be provided with continuous professional development opportunities, a dedicated consultant and constant support throughout your time with us.
