The role of a Cover Supervisor is vital in the day-to-day running of schools. The best Cover Supervisors have excellent communication skills and are able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff, quickly and effectively. You will be in class to manage behaviour, support with interventions, and ensure pupils are following the work set by the class Teacher.

- Have an excellent understanding of how children learn
