About the role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum. You will work with small groups of students or on a one-to-one basis, providing additional support and guidance to help students reach their full potential. You will also manage classroom behavior effectively and communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
Our schools are located in Hull and the surrounding areas, and we work with a variety of schools ranging from small village schools to large academies. Successful candidates will need to have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, excellent behavior management skills, and the flexibility and availability for day-to-day and long-term supply work.
In addition to flexible working arrangements, Vision for Education also recruits for permanent positions, and we provide ongoing support and training to all our staff.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistants - Sept Start you will:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant
- Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred
- Flexibility and availability for day-to-day and long-term supply work

Salary
£450 to £487 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Hold or be willing to apply for a DBS.
