£89 – £95 per day
(Salary dependent on experience and/or qualifications and discussed at registration)

The School and Role:

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant 2 to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Ringmer. This is a full-time role, supporting pupils across the school and working closely with teaching staff to help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

As a Teaching Assistant 2, you will support learning in the classroom, work with small groups and individual pupils, and help deliver targeted interventions. You will play an important role in supporting pupils’ academic progress as well as their social and emotional development.

The school values teamwork, strong relationships, and a child-centred approach. You will be joining a welcoming staff team who are committed to providing high-quality education and pastoral support for all pupils.

The ideal Teaching Assistant 2 will have:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting

• A patient, caring, and flexible approach

• The ability to support learning across the primary curriculum

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (desirable but not essential)
