Role: 1-1 Teaching Assistant
Location: New Milton
Working Hours: Full-time (8:30am – 3:30pm)
Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £440-450 per week

About the School & Role:
Based in New Milton, our Alternative Provision School offers a specialist learning provision which emphasises the development of core academic understanding, encourages creativity, celebrates outdoor learning and promotes the growth of essential life skills.Their dedicated academic focus is balanced with consistent and specialist pastoral and therapeutic support, to nurture every pupil’s self-esteem and social and emotional personal development, whilst promoting a lifelong curiosity for learning. Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Support individual learning needs

⭐ Provide emotional and social support

⭐ Follow personalized learning plans

⭐ Assist with daily routines

What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting
Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural needs
Genuine enthusiasm for student development and well-being
Resilience, patience, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
