The role
Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Leeds (LS18). This full-time role begins in January 2026 and involves supporting a Year 3 class as part of a well-established team. This school is a 2 form Primary school located in LS18 that welcomes a diverse range of pupils. Kindess and respect are engrained seemlessly thorughout this very supportive primary school.

Requirements

• We’re looking for someone with previous experience working in a primary school setting, ideally with KS1 or KS2 pupils. The role will involve:

  • Leading intervention sessions

  • Providing 1:1 support

  • Running small group catch-up activities
