What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

• Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils who need that little extra help

• Helping to create a positive, safe, and fun learning environment

• Encouraging and motivating pupils to be their best selves

• Joining in with school events, activities, and the occasional sparkly art project!

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who loves working with children and young people.

• A team player with a can-do attitude and great communication skills.

• Organised, reliable, and always ready to lend a hand.

• Previous experience in a school or education setting is a bonus, but not essential.

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA qualification) are a plus.
