We are looking for Teaching Assistants to join our TA supply bank to cover a variety of roles within primary schools across Cambridgeshire.
About the role
Whether you just want a few days a week, or can only do half days, we will be able to find you a TA role to suit. The role will involve doing placements in primary schools varying from a few days or weeks, through to whole terms.
You don't have to have direct TA experience, but of course will need some experience of working with children - that could be in a Nursery setting, or perhaps something like sports coaching or Scouts, Guides etc. We are looking for positive people who must demonstrate a passion for helping pupils learn and assisting them in subjects that prove to be difficult to understand. You must also have patience and understanding especially when it comes to dealing with pupils who are struggling.
