Teachers and Supply Staff Needed

£85 - £250 per day (depending on qualifications and experience)

Start Date: March 2026

Vision for Education are urgently seeking committed and dedicated teachers to support in secondary schools during regular teacher absences. This role includes work in a range of secondary schools in Brighton and the surrounding areas and comes with the possibility of becoming a permanent staff member in one setting. Your duties will include supporting the students to engage with their education when regular staff are absent, maintaining a fun but calm classroom atmosphere and communicating with staff and students. You will be provided with continuous professional development opportunities, a dedicated consultant and constant support throughout your time with us.

Requirements:

The desired individuals will;

• Have relevant qualifications (QTS or overseas training)
