About the role

As a Teacher of Food Technology, you will required to deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities and needs within a well-respected Newcastle school. This role requires excellent subject knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of Food Technology. The lessons delivered by the successful candidate will provide KS3 and KS4 pupils with the skills and knowledge to plan and prepare a range of dishes. This school is welcoming applicants from both ECTs and experienced teachers.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Teacher of Food Technology you will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary Teachers.
  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.

Salary

£100 to £213 per hour

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • QTS and relevant experience.
