Full-Time SEN Teacher - All-Through Specialist School
Varied Needs | Challenging Behaviours | Highly Supportive Environment
We’re seeking a dedicated teacher to join a multi award-winning specialist school supporting pupils across all age ranges with a wide variety of SEN and additional behavioural needs.
This is a full-time role in a well-established setting known for its strong leadership, therapeutic approach, and genuine commitment to both staff and pupils. You’ll be teaching small groups, supported by experienced LSAs, with a focus on consistency, relationships, and helping pupils re-engage with learning.

We’re Looking For a Teacher Who

Holds QTS (or equivalent)

Is confident working with a range of SEN and challenging behaviours

Can stay calm, patient, and consistent in a dynamic environment

Values relationship-led teaching and restorative approaches

Wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative team long-term
Pay: £190 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
Working with Vision for Education means weekly PAYE pay, dedicated consultant support, and access to ongoing CPD.
