Supply Teacher – Secondary
Location: Beverley & East Riding of Yorkshire
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: £140 – £251.71 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)
The Role
Vision for Education are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a range of schools in Beverley and the East Riding of Yorkshire from September 2026. This is an ideal opportunity for teachers who are looking to achieve a better work-life balance in the next academic year, while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.

Successful candidates will have the flexibility to choose assignments that suit their availability and preferences, including daily supply cover, short-term placements, and medium and long-term fixed-term roles. Requirements
To be considered for the role of Supply Teacher – Secondary, you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching within a secondary school setting
- Be confident delivering lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be adaptable, reliable, and committed to high-quality teaching
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service
