A local school is seeking a motivated Subject Specialist Tutor in Widnes to teach KS3 and KS4 Maths, English, or Science. You will deliver engaging lessons to students providing one-hour sessions after school.
Teaching typically takes place in community settings such as homes, libraries, or community centres. This role suits someone passionate about making a difference and seeking flexible, rewarding hours that fit around your schedule.
The desired Subject Specialist Tutor will have:
- A teaching qualification with the ability to deliver KS3 and KS4 Maths, English or Science tuition.
- Experience of working with children or young people with SEND.
- The ability to adapt sessions to individual needs.
- Flexibility to travel to different teaching locations (home, library, community centre) and be reliable and professional.
