As a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in encouraging physical activity, supporting classroom learning, and promoting positive behaviour and well-being. Whether you're working one-to-one, in small groups, or helping to manage the overall classroom environment, your background in sports will be a great asset in building relationships and motivating pupils.

You will have the opportunity to work in a cluster of schools that share a supportive ethos. These settings promote independence in learners and have staff teams experienced in working with graduates who are new to education.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant who:

• Holds a degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field

• Has a keen interest in working with primary-aged children and those with special educational needs

• Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships with staff and pupils
