We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join our Education Team at our client SEN School, in the village of Swinderby near Lincoln LN6. This role is working from 09:15am - 16:00pm Monday to Friday.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for the progress of SEND secondary school pupils.
• Be flexible and adaptable to work in different classrooms or with different students as required. Demonstrate the ability to adjust teaching approaches and strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service
