Vision for Education are seeking to appoint SEND Teaching Assistant's to work within a specialized provision in the Gateshead Local Authority. The post is full time from September 2022 and will last for at least the full academic year.
About the role
The successful candidates main duties will include assisting the teacher in the delivery of the curriculum and the general running of the classroom, and supporting students with additional needs both academically and emotionally.

Requirements
- Have experience of supporting children with SEND.
- Be reliable and able to adapt to different situations.
- Be enthusiastic and keen to assist within the classroom.
- Be able to deal with difficult and challenging situations.

£10 to £13 per hour
