Vision for Education are seeking to employ a SEND Teacher (SEND) to work at a Mainstream Primary School in Newcastle.
About the role
The SEND Teacher will be confident with delivery and planning of the Curriculum and be able to effectively communicate with the class teacher with regards to pupil progress and the topics covered. They will be required to work independently with pupils on a 1-1 and small group basis. The pupils needs range, and the successful candidate is likely to be based in KS2, predominately within a Year 4 class. The successful candidate will be expected to teach all core and foundation subjects and have excellent behaviour management skills, acting in line with the school’s values and ethos.

Requirements
- • Have extensive knowledge of the Key Stage 2 Curriculum.
- • Have experience working with SEND pupils.
- • Be confident teaching across year groups.
- • Able to plan, deliver and mark all work to a high standard.

Salary
£90 to £212 per day
