An inclusive and well-resourced educational setting in Lincoln is seeking a committed and compassionate SEND Teacher to support pupils with a range of additional needs.

This is a highly rewarding role where you will plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. You will work closely with support staff, external professionals, and families to ensure each pupil receives the support they need to succeed both academically and personally.

Requirements:

To be considered for the SEND Teacher position, you will:

• Hold QTS
• Have experience working with pupils with SEND
• Be confident in differentiating lessons to meet individual needs
• Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
