SEMH Teacher SEMH Provision Position Starting April 2024

About the role

The Head Teacher of a SEMH Provision seeks to appoint a SEMH Teacher from April 2024. The successful SEMH Teacher will report directly to the school Senior Leadership Team and be responsible for teaching 5 pupils across a range of subjects, ensuring that they can achieve the best outcomes for the young people at the school. The SEMH Teacher will be responsible in liasing with school leaders, parents and outside agencies in providing the best level of support to those pupils on Education Healthcare Plans. This is a Full Time role and could lead to a permanent post.

an independent Dfe registered school providing a high-quality education provision for students who may have complex needs including social, emotional and mental health difficulties, aged 11 – 18 years.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEMH Teacher you will:
  • SEMH Experience
  • QTS or QTLS
  • Experience Teaching across a range of subjects

Salary

£30,000 to £31,500 per year

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
