1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEND) – Full Time
Location: Telford
Weekly Pay: £462.80 – £475.50
Monday–Friday | Long-term role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an inspiring SEND school in Telford. This rewarding, long-term role offers the chance to support primary-aged pupils with moderate to complex learning needs and communication difficulties, helping them build confidence, make academic progress, and enjoy a positive school experience


Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils fully access learning.

  • Encouraging communication, independence, and emotional well-being

  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to adapt learning activities to individual needs.

  • Helping to maintain a calm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

About You:

  • Patient, proactive, and genuinely passionate about supporting children with SEND.

  • Experience working with children who have additional needs or communication difficulties.

  • Confident in behaviour support and building trusting, positive relationships.

  • Able to provide references, hold a valid DBS, and have the Right to Work in the UK.
