The Role

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic schools across West Sussex. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of needs – including Autism, SEMH and learning difficulties.

Whether it’s providing one-to-one support or helping small groups thrive, your efforts will help unlock each child’s full potential and make their school experience a positive and rewarding one.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEN teaching assistant you will have the following;

• Comfortable working with children of all ages
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for working in education.
• A caring, patient nature
• Friendly and nurturing qualities
• Drives- desired but not essential
