Are you a passionate and creative SEN Art Teacher with a flair for making a real difference? A welcoming and supportive secondary SEND school in Lancing is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Art Teacher to join their dedicated team from September on a full-time, long-term basis – with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and engage small groups of pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a nurturing learning environment. As part of an experienced and committed team, you’ll be delivering imaginative and inclusive art lessons that help each pupil explore their creativity, build confidence, and thrive both personally and academically.

About the role

Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEN Art Teacher you will:

  • QTS/QTLS
  • Experience of working with primary or secondary school aged children.
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
  • A passion for the progress of SEND primary and secondary school pupils.
  • An ability to work as part of a team.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • QTS/QTLS
