Are you a dedicated and adaptable teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are currently recruiting SEN Teachers to work across a range of specialist settings from September 2025. Opportunities include both long-term placements and day-to-day cover.
About the Role
As a SEN Teacher, you’ll have the chance to work in a variety of supportive schools, teaching pupils with a range of additional needs, including:

- ADHD and other social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
- Complex medical needs

You may be teaching small groups or working on a one-to-one basis, across both primary and secondary age groups, depending on the school’s requirements. This role offers great flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact in different learning environments.
About the Schools
The schools we work with pride themselves on creating inclusive, nurturing, and therapeutic settings where pupils are supported to achieve their full potential. Staff are welcoming and collaborative, and strong relationships with families and carers are central to their ethos.
Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day work or a longer-term placement, we'd love to hear from you.
Let us help you find a role that matches your skills, experience, and availability.

- Experience working with primary and/or secondary-aged pupils
- A background in supporting children with SEND
- A collaborative and flexible approach
- A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs thrive
