Inspiring SEND Supply Teachers Wanted – West Sussex
Ready to teach in a role where every day brings something new – and every moment makes a difference?
We’re on the lookout for passionate, dynamic, and enthusiastic SEND Supply Teachers to work in our warm, welcoming, and inclusive SEND schools across West Sussex. Starting September 2025, these long- and short-term placements offer the perfect blend of flexibility and fulfilment – ideal for teachers who want to inspire, uplift, and change lives.
Why This Role?
Forget one-size-fits-all teaching – here, no two days are the same. You’ll work with small groups of incredible pupils who have a wide range of needs, including Autism, MLD, SLD, PMLD, ADHD, complex medical needs, and speech and language challenges. Covering both primary and secondary age groups, you’ll have the chance to spark curiosity, build confidence, and celebrate progress every single day.
What’s Special About our Schools?
Set in supportive and therapeutic learning environments, our schools are all about heart, connection, and care. Pupils are seen, heard, and celebrated for who they are – and staff are valued for the passion they bring. There’s a strong focus on building independence, life skills, and self-belief, with a team that works hand-in-hand with families to help every child shine.
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from teachers who are:
- Qualified (QTS or QTLS)
- Experienced in teaching either primary or secondary pupils
- Confident in supporting children with a range of SEND
- Flexible, collaborative, and full of positive energy
- Truly passionate about unlocking every child’s potential
If you're ready to bring creativity, care, and commitment to a role where you can make a genuine impact, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Get
- A warm and supportive school environment
- The opportunity to truly impact children's lives
- Competitive pay rates (based on experience and qualifications)
- The potential for a permanent position
