Vision for Education are seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) from September 2022 to work in long term and permanent roles in our client schools in Lancaster and surrounding areas.
About the role
The desired SEN Early Career Teachers (ECTs) will have an SEND specialism, will be working in our client schools in Lancaster and the surrounding areas from September 2022. We pride ourselves on our provision of good and outstanding practitioners to fantastic schools in the area. We are looking to hear from passionate and determined Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to start their career in teaching to gain experience of the SEN sector and working with students with a variety of SEND needs including:
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) which includes ADHD and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)
- Communication needs including speech, language and communication needs (SLCN) and Autism (ASC)
- Cognition and learning needs including MLD, SLD, PMLD and SpLD
- Sensory and physical needs including hearing and visual impairments and Cerebral Palsy

Requirements
- Have experience teaching children in your specific setting.
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teaching and support staff.
- Hold QTS or equivalent Teaching Qualification

Salary
£90 to £131 per day
